A little about me
I’m an award-winning Advanced Practice Gastroenterology Dietitian with 10 years’ experience helping my clients find solution to their gut issues; helping clients feel well and be well. I’m passionate about using nutrition strategies to help my clients manage their medical conditions and improve their quality of life.
My journey as a Dietitian started in Ulster University where I graduated with a First-Class Honours Degree in Human Nutrition in 2013. I went on to fulfil my passion for nutrition in the University of Chester graduating in 2015 with a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics. Since then I have worked across large teaching NHS hospitals across UK gaining a wealth of knowledge in the dietary management of medical conditions in particular within Gastroenterology. I take a holistic approach in my client assessments keeping you at the heart of the consultation.
On a personal level I love exploring new places and taking time for self-care, may it be going on a hike with my husband and adorable cockapoo Teddy or simply enjoy spending my time with family and friends. I also love eating out trying new cuisines as well as testing out new recipes at home.
